Kianna Underwood, ‘All That’ Actress, Dies at 33 in Tragic Collision
Kianna Underwood, a former Nickelodeon child star best known for her appearances on the sketch comedy series All That, was killed in a hit-and-run collision in Brooklyn early Friday morning. She was 33 years old.
According to law enforcement sources, Underwood was struck by a gray vehicle traveling west on Pitkin Avenue near Mother Gaston Boulevard as she crossed the street around 6:49 a.m. The impact left her with severe trauma to her head and torso. She was dragged nearly two blocks under the vehicle before being left motionless in the roadway. When NYPD and EMS arrived at the scene, she was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver fled without providing assistance or identifying information. No arrests have been made, and the case remains under investigation.
Career and Legacy
Underwood appeared in seven episodes of the final season of All That in 2005, working alongside comedians Kenan Thompson, Kel Mitchell, and Lori Beth Denberg. She was also known for voicing Fuchsia Glover, the cousin of the main character, across 23 episodes of Nickelodeon’s animated series Little Bill between 1999 and 2004.
After stepping away from acting, Underwood pursued theater work, touring with the musical Hairspray.
